Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and work environment on teacher performance at SMPN 1 Muara Lakitan, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach, involving 32 teachers as respondents. This study uses a quantitative approach with data processed using SmartPLS 3 analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of work motivation and work environment do not affect teacher performance with a t- Statistic (2.463). The results of the second hypothesis test indicate that the work environment has a positive effect on teacher performance with a t- Statistic (4.538). The results of the third hypothesis show the Influence of Work Motivation and Work Environment on Teacher Performance. The direction of the relationship can be seen from the original sample number value of 0.318. While the significance is positive because the t-statistic value of Work Motivation (X1), Work Environment (X2) on Teacher Performance (Y) is 1.976 which is greater than the t table. The results of the fourth hypothesis The Influence of Work Motivation and Work Environment on Teacher Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable (Z) The direction of the relationship can be seen from the original sample number value of 0.261.
