Abstract

This research examines "The Influence of Occupational Safety and Health on Employee Performance in the Field at PT Cahaya Riau Mandiri Musi Rawas Regency with the Work Environment as a Moderating Variable". The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of occupational safety and health on employee performance at PT Cahaya Riau Mandiri, Musi Rawas Regency with the work environment as a moderating variable. The method used is quantitative. This research found that the work environment has a proven positive effect on employee performance. This is because the results of hypothesis testing show that Occupational Health on employee performance shows an original sample estimated path coefficient value of 0.495 with significance below 5% as indicated by an f-statistic value of 3.127 which is greater than the f-table value of 1.984. P-Value value is 0.002) < a = 5. This research finds that occupational health has a positive effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the Occupational Health, the better the Employee Performance and this will have an impact on better work management. This research made modifications to the data testing because there were several indicator results that did not meet the requirements. Dropping or elimination is carried out on each variable indicator that does not meet the discriminant validity requirements.
