Pengaruh Sikap Kerja dan Etos Kerja terhadap Keterampilan Kerja di Moderasi Disiplin Kerja di Pengadilan Negeri Lubuklinggau
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work attitude and work ethic on work skills, moderated by work discipline, at the Lubuklinggau District Court Office. Data collection in this research was conducted through an observational approach using a descriptive quantitative research method by distributing questionnaires to 63 respondents. The population in this study consists of employees of the Lubuklinggau District Court Office. The data collection techniques included interviews, questionnaires, and documentation.
The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using simultaneous significance testing (F-test), partial significance testing (t-test), and determination coefficient testing (R²). The results of the study show that, collectively (F-test), there is a positive and significant influence of the variables Work Attitude and Work Ethic on Work Skills, moderated by Work Discipline, at the Lubuklinggau District Court Office.
In the partial testing, after moderation, the simultaneous F-test obtained an F-value of 52.280, with an F-table value of 2.38. It can be concluded that since the F-value is greater than the F-table value (52.280 > 2.38) and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, there is a significant influence of Work Attitude, Work Ethic, and Work Discipline on Work Skills. Furthermore, Work Attitude moderated by Work Discipline and Work Ethic moderated by Work Discipline significantly affect Work Skills.
The results of the determination coefficient test in dicate that the R-square value is 0.821, or 82.1% (0.821 x 100), which means that 82.1% of the influence on the dependent variable (Y) is explained by the independent variables (X1, X2, Z, X1Z, and X2Z), while the remaining 17.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Based on the calculation of the determination coefficient after moderation (MRA), compared to the result before moderation, which was 70.4%, it can be concluded that the moderating variable strengthens the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable.
