Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the conflict management strategies implemented at SMP Negeri Bangun Rejo, Sukakarya District, as an effort to improve educator performance. The focus of this research is how the management of conflicts occurring between teachers, students, and between school management and teachers can positively affect the quality of teaching performance at the school. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that effective conflict management can strengthen cooperation among teachers, improve open communication, and create a harmonious and productive work environment. Therefore, the implementation of appropriate conflict management strategies contributes to the enhancement of teachers' motivation and performance, which ultimately improves the quality of education at SMP Negeri Bangun Rejo.
