Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Behavioral Aspects of. The objects of this research
include Pt. Azea Tunas Muda. The population in this research are employees who work at Pt.
Azea Young Shoots. This research method uses Validity Test and Reliability Test. Classical
Assumption Test which consists of the Normality Test. Multiple linear regression analysis and
Determination Test. Hypothesis tests are Simultaneous Test (F test) and Partial Test (t test). The
research results show that Attitude, Motivation, Emotion, Perception, Learning, and Personality
have a positive effect on the Inventory Accounting System. This shows that Attitude, Motivation,
Emotion, Perception, Learning and Personality really support the performance of the Inventory
Accounting System to work optimally.
