Abstract

This study investigates the role of job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the relationship between organizational commitment, work environment, and employee performance at the Muara Lakitan District Office, Musi Rawas Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 34 employees. The results of the study indicate that job satisfaction strengthens the positive relationship between organizational commitment and work environment with employee performance. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence on the Intervening Role of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment and Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Muara Lakitan District Office, Musi Rawas Regency
