Abstract

The research was conducted at CV Rahmat Mitra Utama (Subur Lestari). based on research found several problems regarding the effect of work environment and work stress on employee performance at CV Rahmat Mitra Utama (Subur Lestari) with productivity as a moderating variable. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Environment and Work Stress on Employee Performance at CV Rahmat Mitra Utama (Subur Lestari) with Productivity as a Moderating Variable. The type of research uses quantitative, Sampling in this study used accidental sampling, it was a sampling technique based on chance, data collection used questionnaires, data analysis used it was validity test, reliability test, and hypothesis test. The research used SmartPLS3, The results showed that productivity affects employee performance seen from the results of p values 0.000. The work environment had not signifikan on employee performance seen from the results of p values 0.624, work stress had not signifikan on employee performance seen from the results of p values 0.571, the work environment on employee performance with productivity as a moderating variable  had not signifikan with p values 0.876 and work stress on employee performance with productivity as a moderating variable had not signifikan seen from the results of p values 0.468.
