Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and workload on employee performance in PO. The beautiful light of wood is new. The type of research used is quantitative research. The number of population and sample is 35 employees. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis tool used in this study uses the Smart PLS3 application. 1. The results of this study found that workload affects employee performance. This is due to the results of hypothesis testing which showed that the Workload with Employee Performance showed an estimated original sample path coefficient value of 0.732 % which was shown by a f-statistic value of 3,825 which was greater than the f-table value of 1,984 and a P-Value of 0.000. P-value (0.000) < α = 5. 2. This study found that the Work Environment and Workload have a positive effect on Employee Performance This is due to the Work Environment and Workload with Employee Performance, even the results of hypothesis testing that show the results show that it shows a significant value and has an effect on showing the value of the original sample path coefficient estimated at 0.961 % which is shown by a statistical f-value of 50.182 where it is greater than the f-table value of 1,984 and the P-Value of 0.000.  P-value (0.000) < α = 5. 3. This study found that the Work Environment does not have a positive effect on employee performance. This is due to the results of hypothesis testing which shows that the Work Environment with Employee Performance shows a coefficient value of the original sample sample of 0.245 with a significant below 5% which is shown by a t-statistic value of 1.269 which is smaller than the t-table value of 1.984 with a value of (M) 0.251, standard deviation value of 0.193, P-Value of 0.205.
