PENGARUH PERCEIVED USEFULNESS, PERCEIVED EASE OF USE DAN PERCEIVED RISK TERHADAP MINAT PENGGUNAAN E-PAYMENT QRIS (QUICK RESPONSE CODE INDONESIAN STANDARD) PADA MAHASISWA PRODI MANAJEMEN UNIVERSITAS BINA INSAN
Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Risk on Interest in Using QRIS E-Payment among management study program students at Bina Insan University. This research uses quantitative methods with a sample of 270 respondents. Research data was obtained through direct observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique is in the form of a PLS (Partial Least Square) test, namely the Measurement Model/Outer Model, Structural Model/Inner Model, and Hypothesis Testing. The results of the research show that Perceived Usefulness (X1) does not have a positive effect on Interest in Using QRIS E-Payment (Y) among Bina Insan University Management Study Program Students with a P-value of 0.392 > 0.05 or with a t-statistic of 0.857 which is smaller from the t-table value of 1.989. The results of the second research show that Perceived ease of use (X2) has a positive effect on Interest in Using QRIS E-Payment (Y) among Bina Insan University management study program students. The test results show a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05 or with a t-statistic of 3.586 which is greater than the t-table value of 1.989. The results of the third research: Perceived Risk (X3) has a positive effect on Interest in Using E-Payment QRIS (Y) among Bina Insan University management study program students. The test results show a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05 or with a t-statistic of 9.462, which is more the size of the t-Table value is 1.989. Thus, Perceived Risk has a significant effect on Interest in Using QRIS E-Payment.
