Abstract

The Influence of Technical Competence, Attitudes on Employee Performance with Work Discipline as moderating variables in the Lubuklinggau Search and Rescue Alert Unit. This research method uses a questionnaire method, namely Technical Competence, Attitudes towards Employee Performance with Work Discipline as a moderating variable. This research aims to determine the effect of Technical Competence, Attitude on Employee Performance with Work Discipline as a moderating variable in the Lubuklinggau Search and Rescue Alert Unit. The number of samples used was 51 Rescuer employees. The analysis techniques used are regression test, correlation coefficient test, t test, determination test and f test. From the results of the f test, the calculated fvalue obtained is 5.153 > ftabel(3;47)= 2.802 with a significance level of 0.004 < 0.05. This shows that the variables Technical Competence (X1), Attitude (X2) and Work Discipline variable (M) simultaneously influence Employee Performance (Y) in the Lubuklinggau Search and Rescue Alert Unit.
