Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership style and teacher work motivation on teacher performance at SD-IT Mutiara Scholar Lubuklinggau City. This research method is data collection using a questionnaire. The population and sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents. From this research, it can be concluded from the results of research conducted as follows on the Transformational Leadership Style variable with a calculated t value > t table, namely 6.940 > 1.677 with a significant sig of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a partially significant influence between the transformational leadership style variable. on teacher performance variables at SD-IT Mutiara Scholar Lubuklinggau City. In the Teacher Work Motivation variable with a calculated t value > t table, namely 4.913 > 1.677 with a significant sig of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a partially significant influence of the teacher work motivation variable on the teacher performance variable at SD-IT Mutiara Scholar Lubuklinggau City. Furthermore, with a calculated f value of 27.741 > f table value of 4.047 with a level of (sig.0.000) < 0.05, meaning that the variables transformational leadership style and teacher work motivation have a simultaneous influence on teacher performance at SD-IT Mutiara Scholar Lubuklinggau City.
