Abstract

Employee performance is a classic problem regarding the work behavior of employees or employees which is reflected in the results of each organizational activity. This study aims to determine: the magnitude of the influence of job satisfaction on organizational commitment and the magnitude of the influence of competence on organizational commitment. The research design used is a quantitative associative design that aims to describe the relationship between the variables to be tested. The results of this study show that job satisfaction, competence, and work environment greatly influence the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The existence of competence and a supportive work environment is very influential in the work pattern of an employee.job satisfaction; commitment; performance
